Great Service

Terrible. The workmanship is non-existent, they send inexperienced kids to make a mess with no sign of an experienced manager after the first meeting. The waste ratio was abhorrent. They rip the batts to size, and just shove it in loose. Missing insulation in numerous spots where I couldn’t see but obviously needed it. They cancelled the night before the scheduled date and took 5x longer than their estimate and still didn’t get the job done. The vapour barrier installation was embarrassing. I asked to seal with acoustic sealant and they made an absolute mess, sealant everywhere. I gave one star because the customer service is pleasant albeit they consistently tell you what you want to hear and then don’t follow through. Don't waste your time and money.

I’m very thankful to Mr. Ali for coming to my home for the insulation inspection. He patiently listened to all my concerns, carefully checked every corner of the attic and gave me honest advice and excellent service. I also want to thank Mr. Qasim and Mr.Taran for their outstanding work and for ensuring everything was done perfectly. This company knowingly hires fake social media posters who use fake names/accounts to solicit customer information and business and who then transfers your customer information to Bestway Insulation. I thought I was dealing with “Syed” but was called by Bestway Insulation and told that his real name is “David” and he has numerous fake names and social media accounts. When I asked why doesn’t David just use his real name with customers and say which company he works for, the response by Bestway Insulation was, “because he uses many different names under different accounts to solicit business, it’s just business.” Will never get my business through fraudulent practices.

Bestway arrived on time and installers were very thorough and highly skilled/coordinated. Completed install in good time and left everything clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.
